The Role:
We are seeking General Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a variety of settings, including homes, offices, public buildings, and commercial sites.
This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, detail-focused, and takes pride in their work.
Training and all necessary equipment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily and deep cleaning tasks to a high standard

Clean and sanitise surfaces, floors, restrooms, and communal areas

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively

Report any maintenance or safety issues to the team leader

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Deliver excellent service and maintain professionalism on-site
Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential — full training provided

Good attention to detail and a positive work attitude

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and safe product use

Flexibility with working hours (some early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required)

Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
