About the Covenant

The Armed Forces Covenant is a national pledge that recognises the contribution made by serving personnel, veterans, reservists and military families. It encourages businesses, charities and public organisations to ensure that members of the Armed Forces community are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged because of their service.

By signing the Covenant, organisations demonstrate their commitment to supporting those who serve or have served our country, whether through employment opportunities, discounts, flexible policies or wider community support.

Why Wyre Response Signed the Armed Forces Covenant

At Wyre Response, service to the community is at the heart of everything we do. Our Managing Director, Neill Woodward, has dedicated many years to public service through the Fire & Rescue Service, Search and Rescue, and the Army Cadet Force. Those experiences have shaped the values on which Wyre Response was built, professionalism, integrity, teamwork and helping others.

Signing the Armed Forces Covenant was a natural step for our business. It reflects our commitment to recognising the dedication and sacrifices made by serving personnel, veterans, reservists and military families.

As part of this commitment, we proudly offer a 10% discount to members of the Armed Forces community across our range of specialist cleaning and exterior cleaning services. While this is a small gesture, it is our way of saying thank you for the service and commitment shown by those who protect our nation.
